CHARLES TOWN RACES
Skyline Prime Rib & Seafood Buffet with unlimited soft beverages. The buffet is from
6:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Adult cost is $37.00 per person. Child cost age 4-10 is $20.00. Admission and parking are FREE except valet parking. Alcoholic beverages are not included in the above price and need to be paid to the server directly. If you are interested in going to the races and having dinner, here’s what you need to do:
- Pay for the cost of the buffet no later than June 26, 2016. It is very important for you to pay by that date. We are required to give the race track a“final” count by June 27. You can pay by cash or check, payable to Shockey Family Reunion. You may give payments to Juanita, Sandy, Margie, or Vicki.
- Arrive at your convenience, proceed to the Second floor and ask to be seated with the Shockey Family Reunion.
- The Shockey Family Reunion Race will be Race #3. We would like for everyone to go down to the “Winner’s Circle” to have a group picture taken with the winning horse.

GOLF SCRAMBLE
Tee Time is 9:00 AM. Check in & pay at The Woods. The price is approximately $40.00 + per person and includes greens fee & cart. Dave Alwin always provides sandwiches, snacks and drinks for us. CHURCH: We will start the day as a family by attending St. Luke’s United Methodist Church, 700 New York Avenue, Martinsburg, WV at 10:20 AM.

FYI-OUR REUNION IS ALWAYS ON THE FIRST SUNDAY IN JULY.
PICNIC: We will eat at 2:00PM. The picnic will be held at the War Memorial Park in Martinsburg, WV at the Norwalk Pavilion. Same park and pavilion as past several years. Meat, drinks, paper products, and plastic ware will be provided. Please bring two dishes or double size one dish. This enables us to have plenty of food. To get to the pavilion, take exit 13/King St. off of I-81, turn left on Tennessee Avenue. The Norwalk Pavilion will be on left before the stream. Restrooms and play/game areas are located beside the pavilion.
NEW THIS YEAR: Corn Hole Tournament.
Cost for all ages $5.00 per person. Cash prizes to the winners. Also, 50/50 and lottery basket drawings.
No Live Auction unless you have already planned to donate an auction item for this year’s auction. Please stay longer this year and enjoy time with family.
PICTURES: Our family reunion picture will be taken before lunch at 1:45 PM. Please be there to be included in the picture.
